Suitable for installation without an extraction canopy in many applications*, this utensil washer features an integrated heat recovery system that preheats the incoming cold water supply, significantly reducing steam emissions, energy consumption, and water treatment costs. An internal upper rail with optional adjustable tines allows for hanging ladles and whisks or washing up to 20 baking trays or GN trays (up to 40 mm deep) per cycle. It offers versatile wash programmes with cycle times of 2.5, 4.5, and 6.5 minutes.

The large internal wash chamber provides a usable area of W 1100 mm × D 650 mm × H 750 mm while maintaining low water consumption of just 4 litres per cycle. A heavy-duty double stainless steel filtration system includes dual scrap trays and separate wash inlet filters. The unit is suitable for connection to low inlet water temperature and/or pressure, with a fitted break tank and rinse pump.

Robust stainless steel wash and rinse arms ensure precise, reliable performance, and the wash chamber is easily accessible via a counter-balanced split door. The machine is supported by the comprehensive Moffat 5-2-1 warranty.
