The machine is suitable for installation without an extraction canopy in many situations* and incorporates an integrated heat recovery unit that preheats the cold water supply, significantly reducing steam emissions, energy consumption, and water treatment costs. It offers versatile 2.5, 4.5, and 6.5-minute wash cycles to suit a range of operational demands.

A large internal wash chamber provides a usable area of 700 mm wide, 540 mm deep, and 650 mm high, while low cold water consumption of just 2.6 litres per cycle ensures efficient operation. The unit features a double heavy-duty stainless steel filtration system, including dual scrap trays and separate wash inlet filters, for reliable and consistent performance.

Designed for flexibility, the machine is suitable for connection to low inlet water temperatures and/or pressure, with a break tank and rinse pump fitted as standard. Robust stainless steel wash and rinse arms with precision-engineered components ensure effective cleaning, and the wash chamber is easily accessible via a counter-sprung hood for ease of use and maintenance.
