Austheat Freestanding Electric Fryer, two tanks

2 separate tanks with individual controls, both tanks can be operated at different temperatures to separate flavours or to shut down one tank during quieter periods, comes with 2 heavy duty stainless steel baskets, pan lids, robust stainless steel construction, 1.5mm tank thickness, easy to clean, cook/idle switch linked to two thermostats reducing operating costs, manual reset over-temperature safety cut-outs. 2 x 15Lt oil capacity. Castors on the rear and adjustable legs at the front for complete manoeuvrability. Fryers can be joined together modularly using the optional tank joining cover (SS1794).
